Casual & Riding Shirts
Flannels, plaid and twill button-downs, polos and one riding shirt, from Harley-Davidson, Biltwell, ROEG, KTM and Merlin. Most are ordinary cotton. Only the Merlin Porta states a protection standard on its listing, and it is the one shirt here that comes with armour.
Most of this page is cotton: flannels from Biltwell and ROEG, plaid and twill button-downs from Harley-Davidson, a KTM polo, mechanic shirt and ventilated off-road jersey. The Merlin Porta is the exception. It is a riding shirt: its listing states "Certified CE EN17092 Level AA", with D3O shoulder and elbow armour included and a pocket for an optional back protector. Two of the four owner reviews say the same thing: the back protector is bought separately.
Collars that sit flat under a jacket
Seven of the ten Harley-Davidson shirts have a hidden snap-down collar, which Harley-Davidson's own copy says stays flat under riding gear. Biltwell's Hi Test flannel does the same at the collar tips, and adds elastic thumb loops and a slot in the pocket flap for glasses.
