About Gilles Tooling
Gilles Tooling is a Luxembourg maker. It was founded in 2000 by racer Gerhard Gilles, who built adjustable rearsets for his own race bike first. Its first series product was the AS31GT rearset. Gilles says it makes original parts for BMW, Yamaha, KTM and Suzuki. Its tagline is “Driven by function”.
The hub also holds parts that sit outside the six categories: STRATOS and MOON mirrors, clip-on handlebars, blanking covers, paddock stand fittings, shift holders, RCT gear and brake lever kits, axle and top yoke nuts, rearset spares, lever guards, reservoir covers and oil filler caps.

What is the difference between the MUE2, VCR38GT and FXR?
Gilles describes the MUE2 as multi-adjustable, with a central mechanism for position, shift travel and step length. The VCR38GT has infinitely variable adjustment with vernier scaling.
