EUROPEAN UNION
Iron City Motorcycles now charges tax on orders within the EU at checkout - up to the total order value of €150. EU customers will no longer be subject to additional import fees as this is charged and displayed in checkout.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products — marked Built to order — do not exist until you order them. They are made to your specification by the manufacturer after you order, and dispatched when built: typically 3 weeks, and up to 6.
Because they are made to your specification, they cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind once manufacturing has started. If the item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that is different: your statutory rights are unaffected and we will put it right.
We will confirm your bike’s model and year with you before we place the order. Once the item arrives with us in Leeds it is dispatched like any other order; our order tracker will not show progress until then.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you the amount you paid for that item. All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt. For full information about returns and refunds, please see here
