Spark Motorcycle Exhausts
Spark is an Italian exhaust maker based in Mantova, and we are an official Spark stockist. This shelf carries Spark slip-on mufflers, full and 3/4 systems, racing collectors, and the clamps, pipes and dB killers that go with them. Most are made for a specific motorcycle from Yamaha, Triumph, BMW, KTM, Kawasaki, Honda or Ducati, with a few for Aprilia, Husqvarna, Benelli and Suzuki. Each model-specific title names the make it fits, and usually the models.
Slip-on, full system or parts?
Start with how much of the exhaust you want to replace. A slip-on replaces the silencer and fits the existing header pipe. A full system replaces the headers, the mid pipe and the silencer. Spark also lists 3/4 systems. Check each listing for the parts it includes.

Materials and finishes
Spark offers silencers in carbon, titanium, stainless steel and Dark Style, which Spark describes as black electro-coloured stainless steel. Titanium is the material named most often in the titles here, some with a carbon end cap. The material and finish of each product are in its title.

Spark is a brand of Vecchi s.r.l. of Curtatone, Mantova. Spark says the company has specialised in exhaust systems for cars and motorcycles for over 50 years, and that it makes the moulds and equipment for each exhaust component in-house.

Will it fit my motorcycle?
Model-specific titles name the make they fit, and usually the models. The Fitment section on the listing gives the exact models and years; check yours before ordering. Parts marked universal are not model-specific: check the diameter and the manufacturer part number.
What is the difference between a slip-on and a full system?
A slip-on replaces the silencer and fits the existing header pipe. Where a Spark slip-on includes a connecting pipe, the title says so. A full system replaces the headers, the mid pipe and the silencer, so it is a bigger job to fit than a slip-on: the standard system comes off at the cylinder head, and the fuelling may need adjusting afterwards. Check what your bike needs before ordering.
