MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products — marked Built to order — do not exist until you order them. They are made to your specification by the manufacturer after you order, and dispatched when built: typically 3 weeks, and up to 6.
Because they are made to your specification, they cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind once manufacturing has started. If the item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that is different: your statutory rights are unaffected and we will put it right.
We will confirm your bike’s model and year with you before we place the order. Once the item arrives with us in Leeds it is dispatched like any other order; our order tracker will not show progress until then.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you the amount you paid for that item. All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt. For full information about returns and refunds, please see here
Iron City Motorcycles
We started as S Jennings in 1911, repairing bicycles in Morpeth. Today we sell over 100,000 motorcycle parts, clothing and accessories from over 400 brands across the UK and Europe.
Our franchises have included Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki, KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Royal Enfield, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Mutt, and we stock universal kit that fits whatever you ride.
Genuine clothing, riding gear and helmets, exclusive Iron City dealer tees you won't get anywhere else, and a growing range of aftermarket brands. Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts are searchable by model or part number on Iron Stable, our dedicated Harley-Davidson parts website. We ship from the UK across the EU and worldwide. Full detail on our delivery and returns page, and the FAQs cover most of the rest.
