SW-Motech Tank Rings
Match the ring to both your motorcycle and your bag system. This range includes PRO and ION tank rings, plus top rings, adapters and height extensions; those parts have different jobs.
PRO, ION and EVO compatibility
SW-Motech treats PRO, ION and EVO as separate systems. The tank ring and the top ring under the bag must match the bag system. PRO uses magnets to guide the bag into position, then a mechanical latch holds it in place. A magnetic guide does not make an ION or EVO bag compatible with a PRO ring.
The bags are listed separately under SW-Motech tank bags. If there is no suitable ring for your motorcycle, check the strap-mounted alternatives there.
How do I choose the correct fitting?
Check the exact model and year against the product’s fitment list and SW-Motech’s Bike Filter. For mounting on the tank, a top ring, rack adapter or height extension is not a substitute for the bike-specific tank ring. Check the part number and the components included before ordering.
